Surgery for Pediatric Velopharyngeal Insufficiency

This surgical atlas describes the multidisciplinary approach to treating pediatric velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI) and reviews the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities involved. The publication begins with a review of the key anatomic features of children with VPI and focuses on a clinically relevant approach to surgical anatomy.
