Sue's Story

This is the story of a true survivor. Having faced and endured horrific and sustained abuse, Sue Owen had the courage to confront her tormentors - her own father and her stepmother. Her journey to recovery began after she successfully tracked down her real mother and began to see a counsellor. Suffering from lack of self-esteem, Sue battled alcoholism and weight problems to win through with the help of her own loving family.
