Studies on heavy metals pollution and parasites in Burullus Lake Egypt

This book is aimed to Assessing of Burullus Lake water quality through recording physicochemical parameters, certain heavy metals in water and sediment. Studying the impact of lake water quality on Oreochromis niloticus and Biomphalaria alexandrina collected from the lake and that purchased out of the lake and exposed laboratory to lake water & sediment through: - Determination of heavy metals bio-accumulation. - Measuring some biochemical and hematological parameters. - Investigating histo-pathological variation. - Estimating genetic alterations by PCR-ISSR technique. Parasitological examination in water, fish and snail samples from the lake and that laboratory exposed.
