Studies in the Bi-Literal Cipher of Francis Bacon

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. T is twelve years since Elizabeth Wells Gallup printed her first translation from the bi literal cipher of Francis Bacon. During these years she has published more translations, but has made little effort to describe the method of reading the cipher.
