Stom-VIH-Soft a tool for learning about HIV/AIDS

At present, HIV/AIDS is a serious problem affecting Cuba and especially the province of Santiago de Cuba, and maxillofacial surgeons play a fundamental role in its detection, prevention and treatment. For this reason, the academic training of stomatologists and maxillofacial surgeons needs to integrate knowledge acquired in the different subjects, which is why it is necessary to develop and apply new teaching support techniques such as didactic materials.To prepare a didactic material to support the teaching-educational process for the Stomatology career that integrates the fundamental knowledge about HIV/AIDS and its relationship with medical care in oral surgery.
