State Fund Raising Regulations:Registration Forms, Requirements, and Procedures, Second Edition

Fund-raising is regulated by both state and federal law. A non-profit must register with a state before it does any fund-raising in that state. It's incredibly time consuming and expensive to get the proper forms from each state, meet filing deadlines, provide a variety of different data in different formats, and pay registration fees. This CD and on-line product will cut out much of the paperwork involved in the completion and filing of forms for each of the 40+ states that currently require full compliance.
