The circus lives and breathes. . . The Circus of Storms appears at random, then collapses overnight and disappears without a trace. The performers are never seen unmasked. Even the faces of their dragons are painted secrets. No new performers, not even top-ranking graduates from the prestigious School of Dragonmanship Arts, can get into the show.
