"Springfield" can under no circumstances be published in modern Russia, and not only because of the "wrong" orientation of the main character.I found this novel through a link from Facebook. With the words "it''s stronger than Edichka" I sent it to my friends. Writers are offended by comparisons to others, so I will say this: this is a generational novel. The generation of thirty-somethings, crushed by Russian reality, destroying everything alive and unlike the mainstream.
