Spooky had drugged me, for what I can t say, maybe it was to knock me out until we got across the New York State limits of the Big Apple or it could have had to do with how I had dealt with Clifford s death and because he believed I could not handle knowing that I had taken another man s life, he took the weight off my shoulder.
