Special Railway Transportation Management

This paper analyzes the development environment of China's special railway transportation enterprises, analyzes and diagnoses the organizational structure of the special railway transport enterprises, puts forward the optimization plan for the special railway transportation enterprise structure. Combining the main stream model and method of flow optimization, it adopts the process modeling method of flowchart-based business to optimize and improve the mining railway transportation production process; analyzes and evaluates the utilization of the railway transportation system capacity in the mining area and puts forward improvement measures.
