Software project management systems

This work is the result of applying project management concepts in an automated way through a system that monitors the activities carried out by employees, providing an analysis of the availability of human resources (employees) in various projects within the company. With this system, it was possible to monitor project planning, development, testing, and integration of the software products developed. By mapping the flow of the company's internal processes in BPML, it was possible to apply the monitoring system to help employees identify opportunities for improvement during software development procedures and managers to make operational decisions for the success of projects.
