After a devastating world war and on the brink of annihilation, the human race transforms itself into a mono sapien species. A golden age ensues and universal peace is maintained by a global government. This peace is threatened when a rouge faction known as the Protium Order seeks to re-establish the duality of the sexes and destroy Monokind. One girl, Rejel, the sole genetic female in existence, is the only hope to stop the genocide of the new race.
