SIGESTI - Information Technology Support Management System

The aim of this work is to present the development of a system for managing support as a service in the area of information technology. All stages of the system's development are based on agile development methodologies, using agile development methods and tools such as Scrum, XP and Grails. The interest of this work lies in the use of the final product developed; SIGESTI (Information Technology Support Management System), which will be used in the workplaces of the respective project directors for testing and then made available for free download from the project's official website, as well as its source code, under the GNU GPL v3 license. This work presents the development methodologies, technologies used, definitions of the languages covered and development standards. It deals comprehensively with the significant content covered in the subjects of the higher education course in internet systems technology.
