Roy Jacobsen´s authorship contains a number of great and well known novels - The Victors, Frost, The Burned out town of Miracles, Wonder Child and The Unseen, to name but a few. Less known is that he is also a writer of exquisite short stories, and has so far written four collections with great strength and intensity, and they have earned him both the Tarjei Vesaas First writers award and The Norwegian Critics Award for his short stories.
