Short Stories from Here and There

This is a collection of short stories told from the point of a child as in Ofara.There are events from my childhood which I brought in to help show how life wasfor a child growing up in Nigeria (Same, Moon and Sun). Also the expectationsfrom the standpoint of a parent and how education was a big part of our lives (OurRole Model). There are also events that tie a village together, such as in the story ofThe True Ada. Th ere is the mixture of what I see here in America with what wasback home, as in Ready for School. All in all it is the conections that make us whowe are or aspire to be.
