A story of my childhood and youth. Growing up in the sixties and seventies in a fishing community, in the North West of England. Written with passion and honesty. It deals with some of the challenges of mental health at that time. A window into love, loss and surviving it all. An autobiographical poetry book which is a cracking good yarn.
