Shelby's 'Doption Story

No child tires of hearing their birth story. For your adopted child, it is no different. They want to hear how they became a part of your family. No matter the circumstances of their birth, it is important to share with them the positive things that brought them to you. This is the story that I told my sweet Shelby every night for at least a year, at her request. She loved hearing how she was "dopted". She is now a woman but still remembers our story times. Knowing that she was adopted early on made it a non-issue to her and just another part of God's plan for her life.
