Seven Days

Jess is fourteen, overweight and lacking confidence. Life is hard and most days are a struggle for her, Mum and her five year old sister, especially since Dad left them to start up a new family just streets away. School should be a safe place but at the moment it''s everything Jess dreads, and life is made even more difficult by the threatening presence of Kez. Kez lives in a nicer part of town but that doesn''t mean her life is any sweeter. Her dad was recently made redundant and has been struggling to find work and control his temper. The only place she finds comfort is knowing she is better off than Jess - or so she thinks.
