Troy Oscar Williams is an ordinary teenage boy. Troy lives life on the edge! Little does he know that there is a whole world inside his body that helps him function like the human being he is. One day Troy decided to go outside; this resulted in him contracting the flu virus. Meanwhile, in Troyville, a nasty villain waiting to attack Troy in his most vulnerable state. The villain's name is Franky Flu, and he is ready to spread his flu virus all throughout Troy's body. Luckily, Sergeant Lewis Henry Slayer, the white blood cell, is here to help!
