Seeking The Lost Temple of Julie

Living inside Julie's heart was a broken child. She wore a pair of pyjamas with a hole in the crotch, her basket brimming with the rotting seeds of hurts; seeds of denial and betrayal - seeds of guilt and shame. She had no hope of mending pieces of herself left embedded in situations within the family stories she inherited.A child with a family legacy to confront. A budding child also lived inside Julie's heart. She wore a flower girl's dress. Her basket was full of the seeds of her own story waiting to be planted in her garden; a garden supposed to be tended by her mother with loving care and watered by her father's love.A child with a family legacy to undo.

What neither of the children knew was that I, The Temple Woman also lived inside Julie's heart, a part of Julie who was wise, knowing and timeless - a part of themselves they didn't realise they were seeking. If the Lost Temple of Julie was to be found, the two children needed to form a friendship to help each other heal the past and support Julie to find her own story in which they would eventually realise I dwelt.
