There can be no question of a normal investigation because of the multitude of victims, past and present, and just as many suspects, surrounded by riddles and secrets.The leading detective will ultimately be in overall charge of the comprehensive investigation, despite the fact that he has family ties or relationships with various stakeholders, even suspects, within the investigation.Several attempts are made to make it impossible for this commissioner to do his job, but with perseverance, and the support of his girlfriend and his never giving up detective team, he perseveres.This book is characterized by a slightly cozy crime content, with room for love and humor, but sometimes it also reads like a thriller, because of the often unexpected and insane crimes that require a solution.The secret is eventually exposed at the very last moment, but this is at the expense of much suffering and dramatic events, which will captivate and hold the reader. That is why a sequel is now in the pipeline, of which the story will be completely on its own. Only the protagonists of this book will be present in the next.
