Scottish cook Ali Stoner launched her Instagram @RovingHaggis in May 2023 after appearing on Masterchef Australia, and soon won over a global fanbase with her innovative takes on Scottish cooking. Scran is a heritage cookbook with a modern twist; featuring everything from traditional recipes handed down through generations, to nostalgic bakery treats, to new creative dishes that use the best of Scottish ingredients.
