This book is a collection of some of Scotland's favourite traditional recipes, as they used to be cooked and still are to this day. There's roast grouse, p�¢t�©, poached salmon and traditional Scottish cakes like the Dundee cake and butterscotch tart. All interspersed with some beautiful photographs of Scottish Highland scenery and wildlife.
