School for Children Teachers

A children teacher must be able to study the Bible very well in other to answer children's questions. He must know that children retain over 80 percent of what they learn, see, hear or do, so you must study and be well equipped to answer their questions. To their questions, biblical and correct answers must be given. Children teachers are called to be well schooled in the bible doctrines of Christ in other to be ahead of the children's knowledge. You must also endeavor to remember what it was like when you was at their age level. You must study children's literature, educative literatures that will help you understand the best way to minister to their physical, mental and emotional needs. As children's teacher, you must have the conviction, (be born again) because you cannot give what you do not have. A transparent exemplary life will reach the children faster than the pulpit message.
