Santa and the Cantankerous Whale

Bradbrow, a bullying Whale joins Willie Witchett's pod, and the huge whale hates Christmas. To keep the Happy Town people from decorating their boats for the Christmas boat parade, the mean whale pushes large waves over the docks. So, Willie goes to the North Pole to get help from Santa. How can Santa help the people of Happy Town with the big whale, so they can decorate boats for the Christmas parade?
