SAND IN MY TEETH Gritty Stories of Childhood, Faith and the Future are the stories of my journey and my legacies, respectively, where I came from and where I hope my life would be going. Woven together in 16 alternate chapters, the 8 Journey chapters are stories of my embarrassing, broken and dysfunctional childhood, adolescence and young adult years while the 8 Legacy chapters are stories of change that I believe God has given me to live a life different and better, for myself and my family. Mixed in with these stories are the faith lessons that God gave me during my journey and how ministry was affected, both good and bad.
