A KIDNAPPING WITH TIME RUNNING OUT...For Honolulu P.D. homicide detective Jon Stanton, the body of a young boy discovered in the bushes of an upscale neighborhood is more than just another homicide. This one is personal. The boy was eleven years old and a witness to the kidnapping of a wealthy housewife and her daughter. Stanton believes them to still be alive, but held by a host of desperate, unstable men. Men willing to kill children to achieve their ends.Stanton and his new partner, the seductive and alluring niece of his boss, search from the seedy bars in Honolulu's Chinatown, to the homes of those that buy and sell flesh like cattle, and Stanton's wits will once again be tested to their limits. Ultimately, Stanton will have to make the choice between justice and the law as he tracks down a perpetrator whose identity will shock him.
