This book is designed to help young scholars navigate personal conflict in a healthy and safe manner at home or school. Children first learn problem solving and conflict resolution strategies through experiences with their siblings and their closest friends. However, a child's innate response to resolving conflict might be to use hurtful words or behaviors. Therefore, explicit instruction in conflict resolution strategies is essential in primary education.
