Rhymes From the Mines, and Other Lines

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The greater part of the material contained in this volume has appeared in the pages of The Bulletin, Sydney, from time to time during the last eight years. 'the Rescue' and 'peter Simson's Farm' were published originally in the Melbourne Argus. I have to thank the proprietors of both journals for their courtesy in permitting me to reproduce the verses.
