Reverse Logistics in Battery and Cell Phone Disposal Subsidies for the Construction of a Management Model This study focused on researching reverse logistics in battery and cell phone disposal in the municipality of Chapec , Santa Catarina. In this study, customers, stores, and cell phone and battery retailers were surveyed, as well as multi-brand retailers, in order to correctly diagnose the situation regarding the disposal of these products. To validate the model, a study was also conducted with a group of experts (focus group), who gave their opinions on the improvements needed to the proposed model.
