Revenge in Troubled Times Set in the 1930s to 1940s around the time of the Spanish Civil War, in the Andalusian city of Almer a and the hills of the Alpujarra region of Granada, this is the story of Federico, a young idealist, firm believer in the democratically voted Republic Government, who becomes entangled in a dangerous romance with dramatic results while the lives of other characters, all connected in different ways to Federico, unfold around him during the cruellest and most terrible time in Spain's recent history.
