This is a parody of life behind the scenes. True accounts of the reality of a restaurant that spanned almost two decades in the colorful and historic city of Mobile, Alabama. Real people who each in their own unique way added to the "flavor" of every story. It takes a special person (ok - somewhat crazy) to choose this life as a profession. You will laugh as you meet them all.
