Research Methods for the RIM Professional

In this era of "big data," records and information management (RIM) professionals who have a basic understanding of the foundational theories buttressing data analysis, such as research methods, have increased value to their organizations. This book serves as an introduction to research methods, using examples that are specifically relevant to archives and RIM professionals, where possible.
