Reparation for international crimes in Congolese law

Congolese justice is a mine that anyone should benefit from, in spite of the malpractices and denials to be noted. In the context of serious violations that affect the whole of humanity, the repression must be exemplary and the reparation adequate because the irreparable is the essence of these acts because of the consequences that they cause to the peoples of the nations. Furthermore, the protection of the victims is a matter of course for the promotion and protection of their subjective rights.
