Rent2rent

This book will be useful to anybody who has attended one of my workshops or desires a good understanding of Parliaments rules governing this industry. I realise that some people in the industry seek to take advantage of the system, the landlords, or the tenants, but that is not what I coach and not what I preach. Rather, I seek to answer the following questions: What are the duties of the landlord from whom we take properties? What is the role of the agents from whom we take properties? How far will the tenants test our sanity? How has the Housing Act 1988 changed the landscape of the property industry in England and Wales? In short, this book is a guide to the good practices inherent to the Rent2Rent strategy.
