Reiki

It is eleven years since I first wrote and used this teaching manual and in that time, I have changed and so has my approach to Reiki. I am much more likely to use the word "allowing" in place of "Reiki," which I find makes the practice less esoteric and much more accessible to any and everyone. It takes away the mystery and puts the power in the hands of the people--where it belongs.
