Reflections of a leader : A Workbook for Leadership Development

This workbook is intended for people who exercise leadership in some way and want to develop their skills as a leader even further. It contains reflection assignments, self-assessment exercises and conversation templates, as well as suggestions for home assignments. It has been purposefully designed to distribute to participants undergoing leadership training as a supplement to lectures, group assignments, skills training and other educational elements. This workbook follows the same structure as the author's ‘A Little Book on Leadership’ and is grounded in today’s most widely accepted leadership model, the Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM).
