In 1912 the Republican Party experienced schism and defeat. The Democrats, led by Woodrow Wilson, captured the presidency and both houses of Congress. This book explains how the Republicans regained power in the elections of 1918 and 1920 under the leadership of the Minority leader of the House, James R. Mann.
