Rebirthing the Phoenix

Now more than ever, we need to breathe in our full human potential, embody our highest, divine, inspired selves, and actualize our higher purpose and contribution to humanity. The most powerful and underestimated component of this is our BREATH, breathing as we were built and designed to, in a way that becomes nothing less than a biological experience of God/Goddess.

This is my journey of discovering the power of breath through my time with Leonard D. Orr, the founder of the modern-day breathwork movement and meeting his guru, the Immortal Master Babaji. It began with my quest to heal from endometriosis, a painful disease affecting roughly 190 million women worldwide.
