When Dr. George Weiss, the expert witness in a medical malpractice case, is bludgeoned to death in his Nashville hotel room, the law firm of Mason, Bradshaw, and Colson hires former singer-songwriter Elana Grey of Aaron and Associates to investigate the crime and keep the police from uncovering the firms secrets.
