Talking about everything. A textbook for speech development

This publication is intended for teaching all types of speech activities and forming socio-cultural competence of students learning Russian as a foreign language at the A2-B1 level.
The manual contains exercises to improve phonetic skills, to increase students' vocabulary and transfer it into active speech, as well as texts from various sources: newspapers, magazines, books, news reports, adapted in accordance with the learning objectives. Work with texts involves reduction, extracting various information, retelling, transformation into dialogue or monologue. In addition, in each lesson students are offered various topics for developing classroom discussion, building dialogues in pairs, preparing written reports of various genres: a story, a note, an article, a blog post, an advertisement text, etc. The texts are adapted to the learning objectives.
