Quality of Life at Work

Given the changes that have taken place in people's lifestyles, largely due to the development of new communication and information technologies, recent studies show that using computers as a teaching resource in the classroom contributes to the social inclusion of individuals in contemporary society. However, the scientific literature, from a management perspective, points out that the incorporation of new technologies has a direct impact on the environment and the performance of tasks, interacting with workers' quality of life. This book analyses, compares and describes the perception of quality of life at work among civil servants at public educational institutions in Brazil.
