Psychiatry and society

This book provides an overview of some of the most common psychiatric disorders in society.The prevalence of generalized anxiety disorder among medical students, the prevalence of alexithymia among patients with asthma, and the factors that correlate with it are discussed. Then the book discusses the cognitive and behavioral management of social phobia. Then we study the seasonal characteristic in bipolar disorder and finally we specify the type of chronotype presented during the phases of stability in these bipolar patients and the factors that correlate to it.
