Protection of entrepreneurs' rights

At present, in the conditions of the global systemic crisis that has not yet ended, there is an intense search for ways and means to prevent a new world collapse. The world today and Russia as its significant part are in a difficult situation. There is economic "shrinkage", political instability, increasing social tensions, aggravation of "knotty" - the most intractable problems in all spheres of social life, previously hidden behind the positive results of extensive growth. Apparently, the world can expect a prolonged recession; we cannot rule out a "new round" of crisis in the coming years, which will entail even more political, social and, perhaps, significant geopolitical changes. In Russia today, albeit contradictory and ambiguous, but, nevertheless, progressive movement towards the formation of an integral civil society is taking place. This still "young" civil society can take on a part of the problems of direct settlement of conflicts and disputes between its members, which will only contribute to the further strengthening of democratic principles and the formation of the rule of law.
