Prospect of Company Growth and Forecasts Management

The book consists of five chapters and shows a research report in behavioral finance. It aims to provide a clear understanding of market incentives that causes managers to issue optimistic/pessimistic forecasts. Using a sample of companies listed in New York Stock Exchange, it is shown that reliability of management forecasts varies with the change in company's growth prospect.
