Praise, Appreciation & Thanksgiving (PAT)

Praise, Appreciation & Thanksgiving (PAT) is a state of mind. Many a time, people have failed to show their appreciation for good deeds done for them and, as a result, making it difficult for people to help them. The Bible stressed the importance of being thankful and that God inhabits the praises of his people. When God healed the ten lepers, only one returned to give thanks. The Bible records that the one that came back was the only one who received full and permanent healing. There are numerous examples of giving thanks in the Bible. It does not have to be a grand gesture, as a simple "e;thank you"e; goes a very long way. The art of PAT has the power to unlock blessings, lift one out of depressive thoughts and realign one back to what matters most.
