What brings about love? What in our human essence makes it true? Are other things capable of human love?

It''s an entirely organic thing - we fear it, and yet accept it, Death IS the last page for all of us.

However, Orson Peak refuses to accept the widely held truth. He is the CEO of a company that has developed the next step for humanity, an artificial body that allows life to continue after death. These so-called Post-humans are more than machines but neither are they human; they represent a leap forward for intelligent life.

Albert is the first Post-human. His wants are pure - to continue his love story with his wife.

But not everyone is compliant with the new world.

Megan loved her husband - and she was now in the mourning stage - she could not bring herself to believe the thing that so perfectly emulated her husband, was her husband.

Then there is Glenn Fuller, an uncompromising congressman. His stance is unwavering - that no artificial intelligence could ever be compared to against a human.
