Positions of Trust and Working Hours

Article 62, II, of the CLT states that employees in positions of trust are not subject to the workday limit when they receive an additional payment of forty percent over the respective effective salary. The legislation does not provide an exact definition of positions of trust, it is silent as to the calculation basis of said additional salary and there are doubts as to the compatibility of article 62 of the CLT with CF/88.
