Poppy's Promise

Poppy's family lives on the coast of Maine. Most mornings she hears lobster boats heading out to sea. Poppy's family always says--lobstering is an honorable tradition. One day at sunrise, Poppy's Dad asks if she would like to check some lobster traps with him. During her adventure, she learns there's more to lobstering than hauling and checking the traps. Lobstermen also help protect the ocean.
