Poems with Thorns is a collection of poems written as an apology and self-validation by a father who seeks forgiveness for his mistakes. Since the author cannot be a part of his children's lives, he shares his fantasies of what he might do if he could do it over offering inspiration through life stages as buds, blooms, petals and death.
